Delayed payment penalty. On all accounts not paid in full when due, (10%) ten percent will be added to the current unpaid amount. This delayed payment penalty is ot interest, and to be collected only once for each bill where it is appropriate.
Whenever the supply of water is turned off for violation of rules, nonpayment of bille or fraudulent use of water, a $25 reconnect fee muct be paid to reinstate water service.
